Network Society And The Development Of Chinese Civil Society

A relatively independent civil society in China is rising along with the development of economic, the progress of politics and the boom of culture. The structure of the civil society in China is clear gradually, which is producing a profound effect on politics, economic, culture and society. However, the civil society in China is faced with problems and difficulties in the course of its growth and development. At the same time, it makes a rapid development of the cyber society that internet has been popularized and it is flourishing day by day, and the cyber society makes the citizens more civic minded and improves their quality, blazing a new path to the civil society of China. They describe the active functions of the cyber society in the development of the civil society in China.The five part is the end of the paper.On the basis of analyzing the defect of cyber society, Pointing at the problems appearing during the development of the civil society in China, forming three points of institution, technology and management, it explores how to seek a logical access to normalize the cyber society and build up the civil society of China.
