The theory of dynamic, the earliest established certainlevel restricted publication of ideological and theoretical,which is also the first similar publication by the centraldepartments after the smashing of the "Gang of Four”. Witha history of35years, it is still an important theoreticaljournal issued by the central party school. This paper aimsto make a comprehensive research about the theory of dynamicin1977-1982. The period not only has a key effect on settingthings right, but also witnessed the most glorious time inthe history of the theory of dynamic. Standing in theforefront of the emancipation of the mind, risking therestricted area and being courageous in thinking, it hasplayed a major role in setting things right.
