Ideological And Political Education And The Prevention Of Duty Crime Research

In recent years, along with the market economic system reform and the rapid economic development, new concepts and new things have great influence on people, as well as the people’s public servants, during the exchanging time of old and new, the duty crime has features of high-increasing speed, total value involved in crime, criminals in higher position and concealed crime. The duty crime if indulged in the field of all kinds of public power will become obstacles of our national construction for modern countries and will seriously damage the credibility of the government and violates socialist economic basis."2011Government Work Report" points out that establishing an uncorrupted government is a permanent and urgent task and the earnest expectation of the people. To expedite the settlement of the major problems in the construction of anti-corruption activity, and take initiative in promoting the punishing policies and preventing corruption, investigating and handling major cases as anti-corruption activities, and exert greater emphasis on institutional building. Among them prevention of duty crimes is an important aspect of the anti-corruption construction. The attempt to completely eliminate the job-related crimes is neither possible nor economical. Therefore, the objective for our study of ideological and political education as well as the prevention of duty crimes is to explore the more effective use of the ideological and political education in preventing the duty crimes, and how to achieve better social fairness and justice.Throughout the ages, the education about moral is the core in establishing a stable country, the ideology of not teaching but punishing is opposed. Theoretical research and practical work in crime prevention duties, countries began to concern and emphasis on education prevention. Which education prevention, including prevention of ideological and political education, ideological and political education prevention through induction of the human heart, and enhance the political consciousness of the people to resist the invasion of decadent ideas, and ultimately achieve the goal of Crime Prevention, With lower economic costs, the preventive effect is more durable, more thorough also characterized the legal prevention, systems prevention can not be replaced. Start from the concept and characteristics of the crimes committed, focused on China’s ideological and political education to the importance of prevention of such crimes and then propose ways and specific measures of prevention.
