Study On The Construction Of Network Platform For Heilongjiang Prison System

With the rapid development of computer, internet and information technology，computer and application of networking have access to every national domain of economyand society. Information has become indispensable tool and method，which deal with the stateaffairs, economic construction，society problems and important management behavior. As theeconomic foundation of the prison system in Heilongjiang Province is poor and application ofinformation is low，there is the bigger gap than the information construction of the othergovernment department.This paper studies management mode of the prison system in Heilongjiang province， aswell as the development of information， construction of the status quo. It analysis thequestion and reason of the prison system in Heilongjiang province information construction,and also it analysis the demands of the prison system in Heilongjiang province informationnetwork platform construction.
