Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Management Of Internet Public Opinion Related Prison

With the continuous development and popularization of new media technology,the individual netizens who did not occupy media resources and platforms in the past and did not have media expertise began to express their opinions and opinions through the network gradually,and show them to the audience through the platform,marking the arrival of the era of personal media.This kind of development breaks the barrier between the media and the Internet users,makes the online information dissemination have a greater choice,promotes the interaction between the media and the ordinary Internet users,and the Internet users can make more voices,even affect the information disseminators.At the same time,the network is open to all users,the information on the network is free and two-way flow affects each other,sometimes the original simple events can also develop into the big events that are widely focused by the society.As the national penalty execution organ,prison implements the principle of combining punishment with reform,education with labor,with the purpose of transforming criminals into law-abiding citizens.Prisons in China are generally distributed in closed,remote and backward areas.Due to traditional culture and specific political background,prisons have been in the center of the vortex of political and moral public opinion for a long time.Although the prison system has accumulated rich management experience in the past 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,there are still many problems and contradictions,and prisons and their staff are facing many embarrassments and difficulties.In recent years,prison escape cases and major prison cases,through the dissemination of Internet media and Internet users,have formed a public opinion crisis,leading to the management of the prison being questioned by the society,and to a certain extent,undermining the image of fair and civilized law enforcement of the police.How to face the opportunities and challenges of the new development of the Internet,lead the management exploration of the public opinion crisis of prison related network,continuously deepen the reform of prison information,promote the grass-roots prison from passive acceptance to active response,adapt to the new era of network development situation,and maintain the authority of the prison system to ensure the implementation of national criminal law has become a major problem faced by modern prisons.In this paper,the author analyzes the causes of public opinion in prison network and the current public opinion management measures,finds out the problems anddefects in the public opinion crisis,and puts forward the ideas and suggestions to improve the public opinion management.This paper takes the escape of two prisoners in Lingyuan No.3 prison in Liaoning Province as a case,introduces the 4R model of crisis management,analyzes it with the theory of crisis management,and tries to find out the construction method of prison system network public opinion through the study of recent individual cases combined with the risk society.
