The Study Of Rural Stability Problems Under The Background Of Transforming Society

At present，our country is in economic and political reform deepening and allkinds of frequent contradictions of social transition. Because of the change of theeconomic system and social structure，this cause some interest adjusting, conceptconflict and social tremble，and the rural stability appeared new situation, newquestions. And in the local area, especially the parts of the less developed in ruralareas, all kinds of disputes increasingly prominent, and endanger the rural areas ofsocial stability, to a certain extent. The rural stability is an important part of the socialstability. No rural overall stability is not the deepening of China’s reform and openingup and socialist modernization the smooth development. For agricultural production,increasing farmers’ income, the new rural construction, for economic and socialdevelopment and prosperity, and for the whole society overall stability, ensuring therural stability has the special and the imperative significance. From the actualsituation, the overall situation is stable, but it has a many potential unstable factors.And it has encountered some undeniable contradictions and problems. How to dealwith these contradictions and problems is directly related to the construction of thenew socialist countryside, the construction of socialistic harmonious society, and thestability of the society and the consolidation of national political power. For this, it’simportant that analyzing the main problems of the rural stability, causes andcountermeasures.This paper, mainly around the main problems of the rural stability, analyzes thedeep reasons, to find scientific and effective countermeasures about a solution to theproblems of the rural stability. This paper is discussed in chapter four points. The firstchapter introduces the rural stability in the position of the socialist construction: Therural stability is to strengthen socialist state power foundation; the rural stability is thekey of construct socialist harmonious society; the rural stability is the constructionsocialism new countryside premise. The second chapter discusses the main problemsof the rural stability under the background of social transformation: The mainproblems exist in the economic field, the political field especially party problem，cultural field and social field. The third chapter basically analyses the deep reasons ofthe rural stability from party reasons, economic reasons, political reasons, culturalreasons and social reasons. The fourth chapter is to search for countermeasures of thesolutions to the problems of the rural social stability basically from the countrysideabout rural party, rural economy, rural politics, rural culture and rural public service.
