Development Of Comprehensive Administration And Maintaining Stability Management System In Rural Community Based On J2EE

China is a large agricultural country, the stability of whole society is dependent on the stability of rural society. The comprehensive treatment of social security is closely related to the stable and economic development of rural society.Information construction of rural community is indispensable for the stability of rural society. At present, all kinds of social contradictions have become more and more serious and complicated; it is difficult to govern the problems in rural areaonly by administrative means. Information construction is relatively insufficient due to the shortage of fund, lack of technical talents and the fall behind of infrastructure construction, which have bad influence to the development of stable rural society. With the influence of global information tide, especially the strong support and investment for the rural society in our country, the rural communities have begun to enter the highway of the information development. Therefore, on the background of rural society information construction, the awareness should be enhanced, the construction of the information platform should be strengthened, the mechanism of rural society management should be innovated and theinformation application level of society should be improved.This paper discusses some application research of information management of maintaining stability in rural society. By relying on current relatively mature cross-platform technology and combiningwith the core elements of strengthening the maintenance of letters and visits, this study divides the problems of the comprehensive administration and maintenance of stability in rural societyscientifically, and the information management system is developed. This paper introduces the current research status and background of comprehensive administration and maintaining stability information, discusses the research goal and research significance of the system, analyzes the key points of system constructionand elaborated system development pattern and J2 EE related technology. Combine with the characteristics of the comprehensive administration and maintaining stability management, this study analyzesthe business requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Moreover, it designs the business process diagram, use case diagram and class diagram. In the system design, this study implementsarchitecture design and module design in detail, and presents the function structure diagram, class diagram and activity diagram of the module design. Moreover, it designsand analyzes the database from the database concept, database table and database logic.The study about the comprehensive administration and maintaining stability management system development combines with the practice in Guangdong area, which is widely applicable to the comprehensive administration and maintaining stability in rural society.It has demonstration effect for strengthening the construction of comprehensive administration and maintaining stability in rural society and construction ofthe platform of government's maintenance stability. It can also provide some reference for comprehensive administration and maintaining stability in other areas.
