Study On Stability Problems In Rural Areas Of China After Reform And Opening Up

The stability of the countryside is a great goal in China and even inthe world during recent epoch that which is constantly seeking for.Stability in rural areas is the guarantee with the modernization of ourcountry which should be civilized， rich and strong in the primary stage.Taking the systematic study of rural social stability problem after thereform and opening up can not only broaden and deepen the ruralproblem research， also would help us to understand the historicalevolution of Chinese modem rural social stability problem， finallypromote the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.There are many new changes， rich contents after the reform andopening up in China’s rural social stability problem’s research related toour rural modernization construction and the construction of socialismwith Chinese characteristics in every aspect. This paper mainly discussedand analyzed from four aspects. The first part discusses the research ofacademic circles in present situation in the field of rural social stability，based on this， list paper’s ideas and opinions. The second part describesthe different forms in our country’s rural social stability. The third partanalyzed the factors which would take effect on our country’s rural socialstability The fourth part explore how to maintain and promote our country’s rural social stability，puts forward some helpful suggestions. Itcontains strengthening primary political power construction，improvingfurther the villagers’ autonomy， developing the rural economy andreforming the system of income distribution， initiating education andpromoting rural legal foundation.After the period of reform and opening，the question of rural socialstability increasingly becomes major challenges faced by our party andgovernment which need to be solved well in a long time， the success ofthe socialist modern process and the socialism new rural constructionwith Chinese characteristic mostly depend on the successful solution ofthe stability in rural society，we should keep the socialist orientation，stick with the guide of Mao Zedong’s thought and the direct of socialismtheory system with Chinese characteristic，we have to insist on putting thedevelopment in rural areas in the first place all the time.
