Study The Countermeasures Of Ideological Education For The Post-80s Whom The PLA

The ideological and political education is the unique political advantage of the PLA. Since our army had built by the Communist Party, there was ideological and political education in the PLA. Our army under the leadership of the Communist Party has gone through more than90years. In the development of our army, our party has carried out the ideological and political education in the army, which ensures the party’s absolute leadership over the army. As the policy of reform and opening up has made great economic achievements in China, it brings in the Western values and life styles come up. This brings profound changes to "post-80generation" in our country. The "post-80generation" is very different with the "post-60generation" and the "post-70generation", which are the diversification of mind and the bold action and so on. As the "post-80generation" grows and get nature, they join the PLA. Then some of them become the officer in the PLA. The "post-80" generation in the army who is vast majority in the army has something with the modernization and revolutionization of the army. Standing at a strategic height, our army should strengthen the ideological and political education in order to provide powerful spiritual motivation for winning the future high-tech warfare.The thesis is made up of four parts. First of all it overviews the situation of the thesis as the research of the ideological and political education in our army, also the research of the ideological and political education about the "post-80generation" in the army. The second section discusses the concept of the "post-80generation" and the "post-80generation" in the army. In the thesis, I analyze the advantage and disadvantage of the "post-80generation" deeply. The thesis of the third part analyzes the level of the ideology of the "post-80generation". We can find out some problem about the ideological and political education in our army from the questionnaires of the "post-80generation". The last part overviews the significance of the topic.
