Chinese Non-profit Organizations To Participate In Social Assistance Restriction Factor Research

Social assistance system is the lowest and last security in the social security systemand plays an important role in making the society safe. With their rapid development,NPOs which are as the second subject expect the government should make use of ownadvantages to realize the object of the Social assistance system. Because NPO will facemany difficult in the course of their development, it is unavoidable for them to overcomemany problems in taking part in social assistance. NPO have a lots of advantages insolving social problem, for example, these organizations can have nearer distance fromsufferings and get their needs accurately. Meantime, they can get more money fromkinds of directions. So that NPO are studied as this paper is meaningful for the wholesociety.This paper will use literature research and empirical research to get which problemsNPO of our country will be faced up, such as the choice of areas, the money collection,the employee, the relationship with the government, the honesties of the NPO. Then thispaper will make some analyses for these problems. At the same time, with the help of thesuccess of Hong Kong、United States、America, this paper give some suggestions forhelp the NPO take part in the social assistance. Firstly, the government should makesome laws about the development of NPO and social assistance to urge theseorganizations develop more effetely. Secondly, NPO should give more attendance to owndevelopment. Thirdly, we should foster more professional employees and raise thecitizen awareness.
