Through fully investigation and analysisfrom documents and data, and following a basic idea that is from general toindividual and from individual to general, the first and foremost thing is tounderstand the existing issues, importance and difficulties of rural cultureconstruction in ZHANQI ZHEN. Then try to analysis the issues fromZHANQI ZHEN which reflects the general issues of rural cultureconstruction in China, so that the solutions can be offered for solving thegeneral issues based on the solutions from ZHANQI ZHEN.The study shows that, at the moment, the importance of rural culture construction in China are the completion and perfection of culture facility, theconstruction and upgrading of culture term, and the adjustment andenrichment of activity forms.
