A Study On E-government System And Government Microblog

With the development of information technology, all the countries around theworld are constructing the information infrastructure so as to build the informationnetwork covering the country. A variety of electronic technology has been applied togovernment operation. E-government has got a huge development and prosperity,which leads a leap of change to the organizational structure of government. Theresearch on E-government has a important practical significance. Based on previousstudies and the documentary, this paper builds e-government systems and has aresearch on government microblog.First of all, the definition of e-government is gave after research the origin ofe-government concept. And then from the perspective of the three subjects:government, business, public in the study of economics, the e-government system isbuilt, which consists of the G2G System (government to government), the G2Csystem (Government to citizen), the G2B system (Government to business), the B2Gsystem(business to government), the C2G system (citizen to government).Second, the development stage of Chinese e-government is analized,summarized, which consists of the start stage (office automation), promotion stage(Golden-Quality Project), prosperity stage (Government Online) and high-speed stage(e-government). What is more,"the two networks, one net station, four databases andTwelve Golden-Quality Project " are introduced simply.Third, the five practical mode of E-government system is elaborated, which areoffice automation for the government (G2G), government information open andpublic on-line services (G2C), business office (G2B), government e-procurement(B2G), and public information feedback and participation (C2G).Finally, a new model of e-government—government microblog is presented. Onthe basis of e-government system, the government microblog is researched. The fivemodels of the government microblog are summed up, which are GovernmentInformation issue mode, the microblog documents mode, officials microblog mode,police microblog mode and sudden response mode.
