A Research On Marxism Social Justice And Its Contemporary Value

The concept of social justice is based on the values of a certain view of history,“What is social justice” and “how to achieve social justice” is the eternal topic ofhuman. Due to the different periods of human beings have different views to thehistory, so the concept of social justice is also bound to be different. From this, socialjustice is actually as a historical category exists, so we should use the developmentview to study it, because different human society have different development situationand face different stages, so we should be studied the different justice conceptseriously. When we discussing the problem, we can not be separate from the baselibation, but to analyze the concept of justice of the different historical periods, andadoption its essence, exclusion its dregs.Marxism fair view is the first theory that put the pursuit of social justice lay onthe science., It exposes the falsity of the justice views that under capitalist conditions;its value orientation is the free and full development of the human and it analysis thereason for the problems of social injustice, and to achieve social justice to solve thefundamental problem; realistic basis of historical inevitability, that from specifichistorical economic structure starting to assess whether some kind of social systemjust can not determine by the abstract and absolute natural law view; at last, the longpractical is the process of the realization, it is undoubtedly that the socialism in thefundamental institutional is just.This paper is starting from the basic theory of Marxism just thinking, and usingthe literature research methods detailing impartial view of the basic connotation ofMarxism and its methodological principles. In order to reflect the scientific of Marxistsocial justice concept, the paper describes the idea of the concept of social justiceunder the capitalist society, use of comparative research methods impartial concept ofa fair view of Marxism and Western capitalism, eventually found the impartial view ofthe superiority of Marxism. Impartial view of interpretation of Marxism foothold incontemporary Chinese society, first of all, the causes of social injustice, and then to the contemporary value of impartiality ideas of Marxism as a guide, to find ways tosolve the problem, finally, discusses how the Marxist concept of justice under theguidance of the realization of socialist modernization.
