Marx's View Of Justice And Its Significance To Contemporary Chinese Society

The problem of justice is a major concern in modern society.It is a reasonable perspective to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Based on the investigation of Marx's concept of justice,this paper analyzes the theoretical origin and formation process of Marx's concept of justice,and discusses the influence of the past theory of justice on Marx's concept of justice from three aspects: the theory of liberalism justice,the theory of practical utilitarian justice,and the theory of rational justice.Based on the perspective of historical materialism,the author studies the background of the generation of Marx's view of justice,combs out the research methods and formation process of justice theory in the workers 'revolutionary movement that Marx pays attention to,and finds the connotation and characteristics of Marx's view of justice.The connotation of Marx's view of justice is that it pays more attention to the influence of the development of society as a whole on justice.Therefore,Marx believes that if we want to truly obtain justice,we must be liberated economically and politically,and then achieve human self-liberation.In economic liberation,justice is embodied in the public system and distribution according to needs;In political liberation,justice is embodied in class demise.In this way,human justice will finally be realized,that is,free and comprehensive development.The connotation of Marx's view of justice is closely related to the characteristics of its proletarian nature and its concern for "people in reality".This is the most important feature of Marx's view of justice and other justice ideas in the past-historical materialism.In recent years,the discussion of justice in Chinese society has continued to heat up.With the further deepening of China's reform and opening up,China's socialist cause has entered a new historical stage.However,with the deepening of the reform of China's political system,especially in the context of the transformation of major contradictions,further deepening reform is needed to better realize the people's aspiration for a better life.We need further innovation and development in institutions,economy,law,medical care,employment,etc..This requires us to constantly identify the economic,political,cultural and other problems that exist in society in the course of deepening reform,and to further explore the Marxist concept of justice.The new system,which is based on the people's interests as the fundamental starting point and goal,promotes the deepening of reform.
