“Justice Within Good”—— Research On Sandel’s View Of Communitarianism Justice

Discussion on "justice" is always one of the important areas of concern of the western political philosophy, Sandel adhering to the "justice within good" communitarianism concept of justice, based on the theory of justice of Rawls’ s "exclusive" self view, the new contract theory, justice is prior to the good method of meta ethics thought as well as principle of distributive justice view of science the science criticism, it is pointed out that the new liberalism theory of justice has its own can not overcome the difficulties. This author firstly introduces the origin of Sandel’s justice ideas of communitarianism, including its formation background, theory of rheological and relevant theory origin; secondly discusses systematically from the view of self, Sandel a new contract theory, ethics and justice principle of distribution and other aspects of the Rawls is critical of the righteous, and then focus on combing the theoretical framework of Sandel’s idea of justice, mainly including the theory basis, the orientation, the ethic support and political ideas in four aspects, expounds the important content of Sandel’s conception of justice; finally, by Marx’s scientific theory as the guide, points out Sandel communitarian view of justice of the defects and shortcomings, also clarifies the meaning of theory and an important reference value for the development of Western political philosophy and politics the practice and development of our country’s political and social.
