Society organizations have become a hot issue in the current focus of the socialconstruction and social science research. In this study, qualitative research methods insocial research, the underdeveloped minority areas of education NGO in theinvestigation, to obtain a wealth of survey data from the Organization of the resourcedependency theory perspective, to show the education NGO organizations in lessdeveloped ethnic regions access to key resources necessary for survival. Educationand NGO organizations, attempting to discover how to obtain the resources to adaptto environment and development?Resource dependency theory perspective on education NGO in underdevelopedminority areas resources for process analysis, the following findings: First, politicallegitimacy and social legitimacy is based on the legitimacy of Education NGOs in thelocal resources, the objectives of the Organization whether demand is consistent withthe external environment directly affect the success or failure of the legitimacy of theorganizations to obtain resources. Education and NGO organizations to political andsocial legitimacy, resources to obtain more favorable terms of a combination ofeducational backwardness needs to change with the local development educationpurposes. Second, capital protection is a big headache for the underdevelopedminority areas local education NGO operation. Mainly by virtue of the personalinfluence of the organization leaders to raise funds, lack of institutionalization offund-raising channels, showed a single tendency in the fund-raising object. PregnantBorn Less developed ethnic minority areas in the local education NGOs, deeplybranded with the mark of nationality and religious, traditional Islamic culture andreligion provided the impetus for Education NGO resource integration support, astrong impetus to inter-organizational co-operation.
