Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Village-to-Community Construction During The Process Of Urbanization

Along with the rapid development of our country’s economy and society and thedeepening of reform and opening up, urbanization is accelerating and the vast ruralareas has entered a new stage of development. It is turned into that the urban quicklyexpanded, especially the inner suburban has become the main base for urbanization.As a major way for urbanization, Village to Community led by the government,which in the stable urbanization, gradually transition from the villagers to the urbanresidents, scientific improvement urbanization rate, has played a very important role.Village to Community is a kind of development model explored in the process ofurbanization, which integrates many features of the rural residential area and theurban community about the political, economic, and the social development, so it is asynthetic product. The positive push of Village to Community, is not only animportant measure that realizing the management system transition, fundamentallyresolving the contradiction of the rural areas, ensuring the realization ofmodernization target, but also an important way that promoting urban and ruralcommunity construction and balancing development between the city and the ruralarea in line. Thus, this dissertation researching in urbanization of our country hasimportant reference value and practical significance.This paper firstly introduces Village to Community in China from a holisticperspective basing on absorption from the predecessor research results and thendelineates the history and typical models of Village to Community. Secondly taking Acase analysis on the Village-to-Community of Heshun community in Tianjin, thedissertation analyzes the implementation significance, related experience, problems ofVillage-to-Community, and in base of that, this dissertation puts forward theindependent opinions and countermeasures for perfecting Village-to-Community.Finally, from macroscopic level this dissertation puts forward a series of targetedmeasures about the further directions for Village-to-Community and the follow-upmanagement services to the community.
