With the increasingly accelerated pace of urbanization in China, in many areas, especially in medium-sized cities are generally faced with changing villages into communities. Through the investigation of Zhongyao community, the author conduct research into the changing villages into communities self-construction of community-based organizations, to find the problems based on the new position and new needs of the resident.
