The Research Of The Progress And The Innovation About The Cultural Outlook Of The Communist Party Of China

Comprehensive national strength is more and more important in modern nationalcompetition, among which cultural element accounts for a great proportion. Since it hasbeen founded, Communist Party of China attaches importance to the cultural development.Therefore, taking this as background, this paper studies the progress and innovation aboutcultural outlook of Communist Party of China systematically.Firstly, this paper makes clear about the initial formation and development of thecultural outlook of the Chinese Communist Party, which was formed at the stage of NewDemocracy at the beginning. At that time, cultural outlook are democratic, scientific andpublic. With the development of new China, social cultural outlook was formed, whichpave the theoretical basis and practical foundation for further development of culturalconstruction cause of our country.Secondly, this paper analysis the new development stage of the Party’s culturaloutlook, that is, the development and maturity of the cultural outlook of social culturaloutlook with Chinese characteristics. After the Third Plenary Session of the EleventhCentral Committee of the Communist Party of China, the cultural outlook which "socialistspiritual civilization" was seen as the core concept, gradually formed under the leadershipof Comrade Deng Xiaoping. With the coming of the new century, the advanced socialculture was formed by Comrade Jiang Zemin, marking the mature of the cultural view ofsocialism with Chinese characteristics.Thirdly, this thesis summarizes the improving stage in which the cultural concept ofsocial cultural outlook with Chinese characteristics get futher improvement and innovation.The construction of the socialist core value system promoted by Hu Jintao advocate tobuild harmonious culture and expands traditional values, which push forward theprosperity of socialist culture.Finally, the article makes a summary about the innovation of cultural outlook of theCommunist Party of China which should proceed from reality. Under the guidance ofMarxist ideology, the socialist cultural super power can provide people with rich spirituallife, to get final material and spiritual emancipation.
