Community corrections could not be achieved without effective supervision of theprosecution. Currently, most of the theorists on procuratorial supervision of communitycorrection remain on the surface, rarely rising to the theoretical level. The measures theyput forward are not specific, enough or detailed. In this paper, to study the procuratorialsupervision problems of community correction, is for the purpose of through supervisionand philosophy to the reflection on the problems in practice, and put forward concretemeasures of supervision of the philosophy. To study this problem is not only beneficial tothe improvement of the system of penal execution, to safeguard the human rights ofprisoners from the community, but also to promote the procuratorial supervision organs towork more professionally and normatively. Obviously, to explore the procuratorialsupervision mode actively according with the characteristics of community correction hasimportant theoretical and practical significance.Based on the domestic and foreign research and the procuratorial supervision practiceof community correction in china, this paper will be following as those aspects: First of all,in this paper, the community correction of procuratorial supervision concept is defined,and points out that the community correction of procuratorial supervision necessity andfunction, and then introduced at present in our country community correction, the presentsituation of the procuratorial supervision, and based on this, analyzes the procuratorialorgans in the actual problems. Secondly, this paper introduces the concept of thecommunity corrections Attorney supervision, such as the power to restrict the concept, theconcept of collaborative supervision, flexible supervision concept, provide importanttheoretical basis for the community corrections attorney supervision. Papers of specificmeasures to improve the supervision of the community corrections prosecutions arediscussed based on the analysis of the concept of community corrections attorneysupervision, mainly including the establishment of the collaborative supervisionmechanism, establish an information sharing mechanism, and focus on the protection ofthe rights of the community corrections. The paper uses empirical research, interdisciplinary studies, comparative analysis of a variety of methods of research, andstrive in the scientific, reasonable, on the basis of a comprehensive study the communitycorrections attorney oversight, in order to promote the sound development of the systemof community corrections, law procuratorial organs functions to get the largest sense ofplay.
