The Chinese government micro-blog is developing rapidly during2011-2012. However, seldom government micro-blog is popular with thepublic. There is still no mature operating model for it. This research aimsto find the strategies to solve the actual problems.This research analyses “Shanghai City” including the followingthree aspects: the transmitter, the content and the audience. Study theadministrative and industrial distribution of “Shanghai City” transmitters.Study the content, form and language style. And research thequantitative and geographical distribution of its audience.On this basis, this research focuses on the ingredients ofcommunication affects of “Shanghai City” through interviews withexperts. Then, the writer has four hypotheses and tests these hypothesesby questionnaires. Finally, this research finds four strategies to improvethe communication affects. Firstly, make the popularization plans andorganize the implementary activities to make more people knowgovernment micro-blog. Secondly, release government information andguide the public opinions. Thirdly, build a good interaction with thepublic. Fourthly, solve actual problems of the audience. |
