A Comparative Study Of Chinese And Singapore Public Housing System

Affordable housing system, low-rent housing system and public rental housingsystem of public housing system, is an important part of the national housing supplysystem, is a significant social policy aimed at the urban poverty group. This paper isbased on an analysis of the main ideas and research progress of the housing systemat home and abroad, to the west of new institution economics theory and institutionalchange theory, multi-center theory, fairness and efficiency theory as the maintheoretical foundation of the public housing system, the establishment of publichousing system in the framework of theoretical analysis. In view of our currentpublic housing system, operation condition for the application of economic housingsystem and low-rent housing system of public housing system and the relevantsystem and the existing problems are analyzed, and the concrete analysis toHongkong as the representative of the government’s direct investment to buildreal system mode and as the representative of the United States relying on the basiccharacteristics of the mode of financial preferential government system. Finally,aiming at the existing problems of China’s public housing system put forwardcountermeasures of improving China’s public housing system.In this paper, through the comparison of China and Singapore public housingsystem, thinking, the reform of the public housing system in China in order toimprove.
