The associations is the bridge between the government and market players and play a vital role in the development of China’s market economy. As an independent subject, manageability functions is importanat. The one hand, the associations focuse on their own management, the management of member companies. So therefore, the associations of these two functions are indispensable, both of which unite is the associational governance.But in practice, government control had strong reasons for making associational governance facing many problems.Therefore, this paper from the perspective of theoretical analysis as the starting point and finally rises the appropriate recommendations for improvement.. This paper mainly divided into the following four parts:The first part talks about the theoretical issues to associational governance.This part of the system describes associational governance the basic properties of source of power from the concept, features, power content and autonomy of these four dimensions defined the basic meaning of the associational governance.The second part mainly talks about conflict between associational governance and the public authority. This part analyzes the causes of these problems, and suggests solutions from legislative power, jurisdiction and executive.The third part shows that the associations abuse treatment under the conditions of market economy. This part of the specific analysis of the concerted action taken by the associations to eliminate internal competition taken to exclude competitors from the collective boycott behavior, pointing out the dangers of these two kinds of behavior where, and in accordance with the current "anti-monopoly law," regulatory measures.The fourth part points that the associations are always depending on the government. This part analyzes the underlying causes behind, and the final departure from the three dimensions of society, governments and individuals, a three-pronged approach, to accelerate the political separation, so that associational governance really be realized.
