As an important component of the socialist market economy, travel agency not only plays a positive role in stimulating consumption, increasing social employment, promoting communication, but also exposes lots of problems in the labor relations management need to be solved urgently. In the increasingly competitive market environment, only if the travel agency has harmonious labor relations and standard labor relationship management, they could obtain stable development.On the basis of literature review, basic data is collected by questionnaire in this paper. We use the quantitative methods such as excel and spss17.0to summarize the main problems in current labor relations of the travel agency, analysis the influence factors of travel agency labor relation and then put forward measures of constructing harmonious labor relations.The main conclusions obtained from the research are as follows:(1) They are several problems exist in current China travel agency labor relations, for example,the lack of standardized employment management, without stable labor relations, the lack of the trade union function, labor dispute increased, labor inspection department regulation is slack and so on.(2)In the variance analysis based on population statistics, employees of different sex existed remarkable cognition difference on the influence factors, employees of different age existed cognition difference on labor contract and training, employees of different education background existed cognition difference on labor contract, social insurance and salary reward.(3) We use the method of regression analysis to confirm that the influence factors which contained in theoretical model have significant impact on the labor relations. Among them, salary reward, labor contract and social insurance are most affected on the whole cognition of travel agency labor relations.(4) According to the analysis results, we can take measures of constructing harmonious labor relations from the four aspects of theory, government, enterprises and laborer.
