Employment is the realization of citizens’ labor rights, to achieve the labor rightsof citizens is Related to social stability and harmony of the major issues. Therefore, toprotect the employment rights of every citizen and possible to promote theemployment of the citizens are Important duty of governments at all levels, Collegestudents is a special group of citizens, our students defined as students in highereducation, in colleges and universities, Including college students, specificallystudents, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students. No matter reading state orafter graduation can be called the Students. The students mentioned in this article,especially in this stage of university graduates in the colleges and universities aftergraduation, first obtain jobs. However, the students at this stage, has just entered thecommunity, lack of livelihood security and social experience. Most students cannotused what they have learned professional theory and knowledge into the actual workquickly, resulting in their ability to work is relatively low compared to other workers,these factors lead the employment of college students is more difficult phenomenon.Because of uneven economic development, legal protection is not perfect, low levelsof social development, functions of the government to play is not sufficient reason,caused all sorts of obstacles to the Equal Employment of College Students, and to acertain extent against the equal right to employment of university students. On theother hand, College students are representative of the countries the new labor force,they determine the future of the future development of productive forces in China, Tomake sure Students Equal Employment related to the implementation of the nationaltalent development strategy, related to whether the cause of socialism with prosperity,bearing on China’s economic sustainable development. Also need to focus on is, in thebroader context of building a country ruled by law, about students’ right to equalemployment protection, the most critical is to improve the legislative and judicialsystems, only in this way, to highlight the connotation of the country ruled by law, inorder to ensure that college students are like other citizens enjoy equal rights.Therefore, to protect college students’ Equal employment rights with laws is really important for the state, society and university students have great significance.In this article, I discussed from multiple perspectives about legal protection forcollege students the right to equal employment problems. In the introduction section,it described and discussed the significance, the status quo, thinking and methods ofcollege students the right to equal employment with laws. And get reference of theforeign universities about students’ equal employment policies and measures.The text is divided into four parts, including some definition related to thedefinition of equal employment rights, the analysis of graduate employment innowadays, causes of the inequalities of the graduate employment and legal protectionfor equal employment rights of college students.In the first part, it gives the definition about the concept of equality, equal rights,employment, employment discrimination, employment equal rights and etc. And inthe light of some foreign scholars for the definition of the concept of equality, andthen describes the author’s point of view: Equal or not should be based on thedetermination of the role of the members of society in society; On the basis ofequality of rights, the one hand, every member of society should be correspondingbenefits to society to pay the amount of scale, on the other hand, Each member ofsociety also need to bear the social responsibility which equal to the degree ofprotection of their benefits. And closely linked to this concept of equality in the fullarticle. Proposing, analyzing problems, discussing about the related countermeasures.In the second part, one hand, describes the achievements in China since reformand opening up in the protection of the Graduate Employment; On the other hand,cited the some of the phenomena of discrimination in employment for collegestudents remained in China, such as employment protection, employmentdiscrimination issues of the employing unit. And analyze the relationship betweenreduction of the employers’ rights from the legal and protection of equality andemployment rights of college students.In the third part, analysising the reasons for college students’ right toemployment inequality. Including the constraints of the level of economicdevelopment, the lack of the promotion and protection of employment legislation, Government to fulfill its responsibility is not enough good, parochialism of theemployer and weak sense of equality of employment of the applicants. And then, onthe basis of the analysis of these reasons, do dialyses which focus from the system andinstitutional aspects, it shows that the root causes of inequality of the graduateemployment are the lack of equal employment allocation mechanism in China,legislative system is not perfect, the justifiability legislative system is imperfect,democratic decision-making and supervision system has defection, the employers actsto guide the mechanism deviation, the lack of promote equality of employment andthe applicants awareness-raising mechanism and etc.In the fourth part, discussed about the students equal employment rights legalprotection measures method. Analysis the college students’ equal employment rightslegal protection from the three angles of the legislative, judicial, social. The authoremphasis on the judicial protection to promote equal employment of college studentsspecially, and show the own opinions about the smooth flow of public socialresponsibility awareness and improve the legislation for the protection of judicialrelief channels, and then give four solutions about this as below:1. Proposed to the government, society and citizens with each other andinteraction.2. National legislation and law enforcement should be in a positive way.3. The employer to actively fulfill their social obligations and employedindividuals to establish a correct concept of career.4. Multi-faceted and multi-channel for college students equal employment...
