The Research On Comparison Of System Of Legal Aid

Legal Aid is a kind of legal aid institution set up by the government, which aims to provide legal assistance for clients who are in difficulty financially or for clients in particular cases with free or decreased charge service, thus to protect their legal rights and benefits to realize. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct the assistant for further research to explore, aiming at the attention from theory to practice and being extensive and in-depth researched and effective application.This paper consists of three parts:the introduction, body, the conclusion. The introduction is part of the first chapter, largely on the background and significance of research, literature review, research methods and innovation; the conclusions is part of Chapter VI, briefly summarizing this paper and advancing some expectation, pointing out the Legal Aid that the mission is heavy and the road is far; the body is a major part of the article, II, III, IV, V.Chapter II instructed the basic theory of the Legal Aid. The author analyzes of the definition of the concept of Legal Aid in the educational circles, at the same time, instructs its characteristic, history origin and development.Chapter III is the researching on comparing with basic contents of Legal Aid, including scope and object, procedure, mode, organization, funds, direct and responsibility of System of Legal Aid between China and foreign country.Chapter IV is finding the shortcoming of System of Legal Aid above involving contents in our country pass comparing.Chapter V is the suggestion about perfecting scope and object, procedure, mode, organization, funds, direct and responsibility of System of Legal Aid in our country.In short, the paper goes at the founding of existing, further profound, systematic and combining practicing through research on comparison of system of Legal Aid between China and foreign country, endeavors to contribute in order that constructs the system of Legal Aid accommodating our country.
