Studies On The Cooperative Relationship Between The Chinese Government And Civil Society

Since China’s reform and opening up, especially since the implementation of the socialist market economic system, China’s continued development and improvement of civil society. Study of civil society and the relationship between the Chinese government and civil society have also gradually become a hot research and academic focus.In this paper, based on the existing research results, are analyzed in detail of several relations between government and civil society. Thinking of constructing cooperative relationship is most suitable for China’s national conditions and development needs. My paper reviews the cooperative relationship between the Chinese government and civil society, after the new China was founded. And it analyzes the problems existing in the cooperative relationship and its origin. Then this paper puts forward that the Chinese government and civil society should all strive to build the cooperative relationship between the government and civil society. Dominant major aspects of the government is the major aspects of conflict, therefore it should play a major role. Our government should not only to recognize the relative independence of civil society and its necessary adjustment, but also to create a comfortable environment for the development of civil society. The government should also encourage the development of various civil society organizations. Although civil society is in the auxiliary status, but should also actively play its function in the government’s guidance, and strive to construct the cooperative relationship between them.This paper is from the perspective of cooperative relationship to study of relations between our government and civil society. This study will help deepen theoretical study of relationships between the government and society, also contribute to develop function of civil society ease of social contradictions, and also helps to promote change in governance pattern.
