Problem Analysis&Future Strategy For The Development Of Service-oriented Government In Less-developed Area

Based on the theories of service-oriented government, localized management, andscientific development, the paper provides the analysis on the problems occurred duringthe development of service-oriented rural government in less-developed area. Further,the corresponding solutions for those problems have been investigated in this paper.The paper consists of five sections. The first section is a brief introduction on thedevelopment of service-oriented rural government in less-developed area. After anintensive literature review, some key concepts in this paper are given, together with theresearch methods and ideas, which also demonstrate the purposes and meaning of thispaper. Section2is about the service-oriented rural government. The theoretical basis tobuild a service-oriented government is illustrated clearly. The characteristics of suchgovernment structure are described as well. Section3points out the problems existingduring the development of service-oriented rural government in less-developed area.Section4analyzes the fundamental reasons that caused those problems existing duringthe development of service-oriented rural government in less-developed area. Based onthe analysis given above, Section5proposes the strategy to solve these problems.
