"Holy Family" is the first book by Marx and Engels, with the full name of "Holy Family,or the criticism on critical of the criticism, to retort Bruno Powell and his partners". Marxcompletes the main body of this book and puts forward the humanitarian-based materialismon the basis of the criticism of Hegelian Spiritualism, namely speculative idealism. The wayto reality and freedom for human beings, as a red line, runs through the book, which is alsowhat the author writes "The way to reality and freedom for human beings-interpretationfrom Holy Family" to explore. The thesis is mainly composed of three parts: the introduction,the body and the conclusion. The introduction questions David McClellan’s view that "HolyFamily" is not Marx’s major works from four aspects after expounding the significance of thetopic first. Then reveals the internal logic of the writing course and the text structure, throughputting the text of "Holy Family" into the specific historical background and life experience,including ideology of the author. Through the combing, analysis and elucidation of theimportant philosophical thoughts, economic views and historical views in "Holy Family", thebody recovers Marx’s thought which has already formed in his mind in the writing of "holyfamily", of which the fundamental purpose is to explore the way to reality and freedom forhuman beings-a red line throughout "Holy Family". The conclusion part clarifies thesignificance of concerns of the way to reality and freedom for human beings in terms ofpractical philosophy and Chinese socialist market economy, adhering to the practice spirit ofMarxism.
