Analysis And Design Of Government Information Disclosure System Of Y City

Recent years, with the widespread use and popularity of Internet in China, the public pay much more attention to government information, and they have more right know public information and participate in public affairs. The Regulation of the People’s Republic of China on the Disclosure of Government Information is the basis for the public to implement their rights. The ways on how to improve information disclosure, enhance the quality, reduce and avoid administrative reconsideration and administrative processing, requires authorities at all levels attention. With the technological support in information disclosure, the government information management system plays an important role in promoting the work of disclosure of government information, which is of significance in the timely and scientific application of all kinds of information resources.Based on the related references and researches on the information disclosure management abroad, this thesis analyzes the practical problems in the governmental information management system in Y city, and discusses the solutions to these problems. According to some practical problems, such as the difference between the business demand in information disclosure management and the required standards, the loose connection between system function and practical demand, and the week database, this thesis analyzes the functions of this system in detail according to the business process of government information disclosure, and shows the object and function requirement in Y city information management system. With the application of J2EE, this thesis presents the framework of Y city information management system according to the system object and business process. At last, this thesis analyzes this system framework from the aspects of system object, information disclosure process and demand, and provides certain structure analysis, design process and interface design.There are three highlights in this thesis. First, according to business demand and business process, after analyzing the existing problems, the thesis shows the object and function requirement in Y city information management system. Second, with the application of multi-layer structure based on J2EE and modular design method, this thesis presents the framework of Y city information management system. Third, applying knowledge in business process reengineering and the database, this thesis demonstrates respectively the design and realization of the five layers in this system.
