Research On The Young Employees Psychological Problems In Military Enterprises Under The New Situation

The development of military enterprise in relation to the national defense.Young employees, a vital new force in the development of the Militaryenterprises, also play a key important part in the future development of China′snational defense industry. The rapid social transition&the furtherance of reform ofthe military enterprises have brought new psychological crisis to the youngemployees, and then brought about a list of psychological problems, which notonly have a great effect on the young employees′s psychosomatic health,but alsoaffect on the sustainable development of the military enterprises.However, we have not paid enough attention to the psychological status ofthe special group for many years. In the Military enterprises,a great number of theyoung employees have been beset with psychological problems for a long time,which has become the bottleneck that restricts the healthy growth of young talentsand the development of the science, technology and industry of China′s nationaldefense. Taking the young employees in XiangYang military enterprises forinstance, first of all, in view of the overall situation this papper stated about thecurrent situation of the young employees and their psychological problems,secondly analyzed the reason through these factors, and in the end put forewordsome countermeasures and suggestions.
