In recent years,due to the macroeconomic downturn,the banking industry is faced with severe internal and external tests,such as Internet finance grabbing market share,continuous exposure of non-performing loans,interest rate liberalization and other challenges.In order to maintain their competitiveness,commercial banks are trying to find ways to compete for talents and do a good job of "open source and reduce expenditure" of human resources.They should not only attract talents who meet their development needs,but also attract talents who meet their own development needs.At the same time,they should retain the "skilled workers" who are carrying out the work and reduce the operating costs.As A city commercial bank,Bank A has been serving the regional economy since its inception,and has made important contributions to the economic development of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.With the development of the regional economy,the scale of Bank A has been constantly expanding.New challenges have been posed to the development of Bank A constantly.When the talent competition of commercial banks enters the white-hot stage,Bank A gets into trouble because of the continuous loss of young employees,which exposes the deficiency of Bank A in human resource management,which should be paid more attention to.Taking Bank A as the research object,this study combined with the existing literature analysis and design of the general direction of face-to-face interview and questionnaire survey,combined with the Price-mueller model and the actual situation of Bank A,designed questionnaires for the former and current young employees of Bank A respectively.Combined with the results of the interview and questionnaire,according to the three perspectives of external environment factors,A bank management factors and employee personal factors,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of young employees’divestment in A Bank and puts forward corresponding solutions,so as to help A bank alleviate the negative impact brought by the loss of young employees and achieve higher quality development.It is also hoped that this study can provide reference for other urban commercial banks in the same economically underdeveloped areas.
