The Research Into The Effect Of Mass Incidents To Building The Harmonious Society

Now our country is in the period of social transition and there are profound changes in the political, economic and cultural fields, which lead to the diversity of social economic elements and economic benefits, the diversity of social life, the diversity of social organization form and the diversity of jobs and employment situation. In this situation,the social conflicts which originally exist but not significant, such as personal and business organization, the contradiction between individual and the government become more complicated and violent, plus the reasons of the system and the mechanism and so on, the mass incidents happen occasionally in recent years, some of them even developed into serious violent incidents. This not only affects the stability of our society, but also hinders the process of constructing a harmonious society. This article is to analyses the effect of mass incidents to the harmonious society and put forward some suggestions for the construction of harmonious society through comprehensive systemic analysis.About the effect of mass incidents to the harmonious society and countermeasures, the article describes the main parts from six.The first part is the introduction, including the subject research background, significance, research methods and the concept of mass incidents, the harmonious society, harmony culture and generalized belief.The second part is the topic of domestic and international situation regarding to this topic, including the studies about the concept, the characteristics, the types, causes and countermeasure of mass incidents, and the effect of mass incidents to harmonious society.The third part is the theory that this article refers to, including the theory of the Constructing a Harmonious Society, the theory of the Outlook of Scientific Development, the theory of Value Superposition,the theory of Political Development and theory of Social Safety Valve.Part IV, combined with a number of typical and influential domestic mass incidents which happened in recent years, this article analyses the current situation and characteristics and reasons of China’s mass incidents. Pointing out that in addition to the direct causes, there are deep reasons which leads to the mass incidents. The current performances of mass incidents involve the dynamic quantity, the enlargement field, the value of the target, the organizational control, the seriousness. And the paper also analyses the features of mass incidents, including the suddenness, venting angry, diversity, and full of rumors.The fifth part, this article analyses the effect of mass incidents on the harmony society and the characteristics of this effect. This paper points that the effect of mass incidents to the construction of harmonious society, including shaking the masses’ ideals and beliefs of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, affecting the relationship between cadres and the masses,damaging the image of the government, undermining the social stability endangering the law and justice and highlighting social conflicts. The thesis also shows that the characteristics of the effect, which are the bread field, the two-sided the long-term impact time. This paper also emphasizes the negative influence and positive effect of mass incidents dialectically at the same time.Part Ⅵ, in the problem of how to response to the mass incidents more effectively, this paper shows that the current government should adhere to the correct theoretical guidance, change the traditional ideas timely, improve the current law and system and speed up the harmonious culture construction process so as to improve the moral and legal quality of the masses, realize social justice, eliminate the contradiction between cadres and the masses.In a word, as a special social phenomenon in the process of building the harmonious society, the reasons of mass incidents are related to all aspects of mass incidents. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to How to take the right countermeasure to curb mass incidents through research so as to promote the process of building the harmonious society.
