With the development of the Internet, the size of search engine market becomeslarger, at the same time, some of the giant search engine platforms caused theemergence of a series of antitrust litigation in the search engine field. In this paper, anew perspective which is two-sided market theory and a method of case analysis areused to discuss search engine market antitrust rules and regulations, in order to solvethe problem of the search engine market antitrust.This paper mainly divided into four parts, main contents are as follows:The first part is mainly to give a brief summary of the related law problemsabout Tangshan Renren Information Service Co., LTD, sue Beijing Baidu NetworkScience and Technology limited company monopoly dispute.The second part is mainly to explain the relationship between the search enginemarket and the two-sided market. Through to the search engine market profit modeland the definition of the bilateral market analysis, gradually conclude that searchengine market has a characteristic of two-sided market.The third part is mainly about the analysis of the particularity in monopoly issuesof search engine market. Through the relevant market, from the dominant marketposition, abuse of dominant market position behavior these three aspects to concludethat the monopoly of search engine market has its particularity.The fourth part is mainly about the problems of the judicial ruling to the lawsuitcase "Renren sue Baidu " and the enlightenment of the relevant judicial ruling, andthen put forward to some views of the regulation of monopoly in search engineservice market.
