Our country is an agricultural big country,agriculture is the foundation of our national economy, agricultural water conservancyfacilities in rural infrastructure construction is the important component, is thedevelopment of new agriculture and realize agricultural modernization the key link,is to accelerate the rapid economic development of the catalyst. The development ofChina’s economy more benefit to rural development,we must fundamentally improvethe restrictive factors in rural economic development in our country. At present, butthere is still a considerable lack of basic farmland irrigation area, agricultural waterconservancy facilities is backward, this request must strengthen the construction ofagricultural water conservancy projects.
