Due to the rapid development of the national economy, the market economy gradually infiltrates into the agricultural economy, the rural land’s circulation is gradually increasing. The circulation of rural land increasingly gets the attention of the legal circle. Study on the present situation of land circulation, and analyze its existing relevant law problems, has an important sense to solve agriculture problems. The core of the current3-farming problem is land problem, that is to say, the contradiction between people and land, the unreasonable land interests distribution mechanism, the overall low land utilization rate and so on. All these depend on the establishment of a more perfect, effective land circulation market.This article starts from the current situation of the circulation of rural land, gives an analysis on the type, mode and characteristic of the current rural land circulation, and then takes Binjiang District in Hangzhou, where the author had conducted field visits and research, as the area of the land study. Based on the findings of the research, this article tries to analyze the status of rural land circulation, and its development results, regional features, the existing problems and their reasons.The article also pays close attention to some developed countries in their practical experience respectively made in their rural land circulation as our reference model. After the analysis on the existing problems of the investigation object and their reasons, the author proposes some suggestions on the circulation of agricultural land in the aspect of the law, regulations and government management in this paper. Hope this paper could help to solve the problems of rural land circulation for Zhejiang and even the whole country.
