Study On The Legitimacy Of The Political Party Participation In China

The multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under theleadership of the Communist Party of China is the political party system and a basicpolitical system of china. In this basic political system, the Participating Party as onemain body plays an irreplaceable role in the development of Chinese society.From theperspective of political science,legitimacy is a prerequisite for long-term existenceand development of modern party politics. Participating in politics is as an importantpart of the modern party politics.so legitimacy inevitably becomes an important issuethat can not be ignored. Therefore,strengthening the study on the legitimacy of thepolitical party politics,not only has an important theoretical significance, but also hasa very important practical significance.This article focuses on research andelaboration from the aspects of the connotation of the political participationlegitimacy, the history,the principle,the basis,the present situation and perfect path.The first chapter is the introduction part. This part is mainly researched from thebackground and the present situation,the significance of the topic, research methods,thesis framework and innovations.The background and the present situation mainlyintroduces the origin and the current research trends about the topics. The significanceof the topics mainly introduces the theoretical and practical significance about theparticipating parties’ legitimacy research.Research methods are summarized as theliterature analysis, the dialectical analysis method and the comparative analysis.Theframework of this paper firstly introduces the relevant theory about the participatingparties’ legitimacy,and then carry out the induction and summary.Innovations of thepaper are described from two aspects. On the one hand, innovations are in topicselection.On the other hand, innovations are in the research angle.The second chapter is the legitimacy connotation about the political party participation.This part mainly introduces the connotation and historical survey of theparticipating parties’ legitimacy.The introduction of its connotation commences fromthe connotation of legitimacy,and then is summarized through the participating parties’characteristics and attributions.Finally,we come to the connotation of the participatingparty’s legitimacy.Next,the participating party’s legitimacy is examined and analyzedfrom a historical perspective.The third chapter is mainly about the foundations and principles of theparticipating parties’ legitimacy.The participating party’s legitimacy’s bases primarilyare summarized in four aspects,respectively, the political foundation, the legalfoundation, the historical foundation and the social foundation. The ParticipatingParty’s principles of legality are also summed up in four aspects, summarized as theCommunist Party’s lead,in accordance with the law in politics,the difference principleand political participation performance principle.The fourth chapter is about the present situation of the political partyparticipation.The main status of the participating party’s legal construction isintroduced into two aspects. On the one hand,the political legitimacy constructionachievements are summarized in four aspects.Such as strengthening the politicalparticipation functions,making the participation procedure standardization,making theforms of political participation various and improving the level of politicalparticipation.On the other hand, the problems facing the political participationlegitimacy are also grouped into four aspects.Such as the own construction of theparticipating parties is apparently lag;political assimilation has become increasinglyprominent;participating mechanism system is not perfect;the sense of responsibilityand participation consciousness is not strong.The fifth chapter is about the perfect paths of the the political party participationlegitimacy. In this part I mainly aimed at the problems that exists in part of the thepolitical party participation legitimacy from four aspects.Firstly,the participating partyshould strengthen self-construction through studying and using the experience of theCommunist Party.Secondly,the participating party should enhance its owncharacteristics and advantages through stimulating the organization vigorous.Thirdly,the political party participation should be institutionalization andstandardization through the perfect political system construction.Finally,enhancing itspolitical consciousness is mainly through strengthening the political consciousnessand responsibility consciousness.
