Relative to traditional organizations of parties, governments, etcetera, the newsocial organizations are defined as the various newborn social organizations of civilnature accompanying with China’s transition from planned economic system to marketeconomic system, the in-depth development of the market economy system and themajor strategic adjustment of economic structure and industrial structure. These socialorganizations engaged in social service activities are held voluntarily by citizens, socialgroups and other forces, or nonstate enterprises and institutions. The Party Constructionof the new social organizations is an important field of work in the party’s primaryorganizational construction. To strengthen the Party Construction in new socialorganizations is not only the need to consolidate the party’s ruling foundation, but alsothe need to promote the development of new social organizations and economic societyhealthily. Moreover, it is the objective require of new social management system andgovernmental missions.Concerning this issue of the Party Construction of new social organization inZhuhai city, the thesis analyses the achievements and experience of the PartyConstruction in new social organizations from five aspects: ideas of work, nets of work,teams of work, mechanisms of work and management framework, and emphasizes onthe difficulties and causes the government faces. Starting from the basic characteristicsand function orientations of the Party Construction in the new social organizations,countermeasures and suggestions of improving and perfecting the Party Construction inthe new social organizations would be proposed in this thesis from the aspects ofwidening new thoughts, constructing new patterns, exploring new methods, perfectingnew mechanisms and so on.
