Research For Promoting Green Community Volunteer Organizations’ Growth—path And Countermeasures

Accelerating the pace of urbanization, the urban environment is facing increasing challenges, people’s environmental-protection consciousness were awaken and gradually penetrated into all aspects of people’s life. Community, as a miniature society, a unit of which closely related to people’s daily life, naturally bear the important mission--promote the green concept and social sustainable development.For this reason, green communities have sprung up all over the world, and at the same time, green community volunteer organization also got more and more attention from academic circles. Currently, the related theories and experiences construction of green community volunteer organization, trying to find out the suitable path for national conditions of green community volunteer organization and solving the dilemma which organizations are facing have become the focus of the whole society, which also become the focus of this article.Tonnies. who wrote the famous book-the community and society, has explicitly pointed out that the important role of community. He believes that community is the basic component unit of the society, a concentration of society. Therefore the development of the community is very important to the whole society. While green community construction plays a positive role in promoting the social ecological balance and stability, and its core mission-to establish perfect environment management system, not only need our government’s efforts, but also need the support and cooperation, range from non-governmental organizations to the all walks of life. Therefore, the emergence of the green community volunteer organization conforms to the trend of The Times, in the green community construction links not only to enhance the community cohesion, but also processing them to play the indispensable function in daily life affairs.Green community volunteer organization in our country was born in Beijing and started in the garbage sorting and recycling. In general the research of green community volunteer organization is still in its infancy, not only about the related theory, which is relatively weak, but also about the practical level,which showed a lack of talent, development power shortage, social awareness and so on. We are in urgent need of theoretical study and successful practice experience, to promote the growth and development of green community volunteer organization, and to promote green community and the whole social ecological environment of continuous improvement.In this paper, by analyzing the related theory of green community volunteer organizations and research, both at home and abroad,and the pattern of green community volunteer organization and management,we are trying to summarize the practical experiences which maybe helpful and useful to our country’s green community volunteer organization; At the same time, this article selects the Guangdong, Jiangsu, Changsha as examples, combined with the previous survey data from research group, which give us the analysis of green community volunteer organization in our country current dilemmas. We also use literature method, case method and logical reasoning and inductive deductive method; in attend to explore the cause of organizational development obstacle. At the end of this paper we have put forward some ideas, hoping to promote the development of its growth and provide reference for future research.This article’s innovation lies in the following points:First, it made the green community volunteer organization as a whole concept for analysis. And on this basis we have reviewed the prior literatures and cases, trying to find the suitable modes and operation experiences; Secondly, on the analysis method, this paper will effectively combine qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, using survey data from project group, thus making up the lack of qualitative analysis; Again, according to the results of previous studies and case logical derivation and interpretation, we are trying to avoid the situation which some western theory and successful experiences may be not applicable in China; Finally, this paper combined with a variety of subjects such as politics, sociology, management theories and research methods, trying to make the results of this study have sufficient theoretical basis and realistic foundation, and improve the practical significance of the research results, so it is a multi-disciplinary mutual penetration and innovative research.
