Historical Logic Of The Concept Of Development Of The Communist Party Of China

Development is the themes of our age and the common aspiration of people all over the world. Both developed and developing countries are facing development problems. Developing countries need to develop economy to catch up with developed countries and developed countries need to develop economy likewise to secure victories in the competitive market. Concept of development is the rational understanding of the law of social processes.Communist Party of China made different concepts of development in different historical periods. The first generation leadership of the party, with Mao Zedong being the central leader, implemented the social economic model of "large in size and collective in nature". This model played a positive role for the development of productive forces in China, but its shortcomings began to appear with the increasing social development. With the reform and increasing socialist productive forces, the second generation leadership of the party, with Deng Xiaoping being the central leader, had an ongoing exploration and proposed a series of new ideas around "what is socialism and how to build socialism". They formed the developing model of socialism, which is guided by the market economy, driven by reform and opening up, characterized by two civilization layouts. In the new century, with the reform of socialist economy, on behalf of the CPC Central Committee with Hu Jintao as collective leadership, they put forward the scientific concept of development, that the development of from the "one-sided pursuit of economic growth" to "sound and rapid economic and social development put forward the scientific concept of development, thinking we should change from the "one-sided pursuit of economic growth" to "sound and rapid economic development.They shift from the policy of "Efficiency comes first, balances fairness" to the policy of "integrating efficiency with equity"; from "three civizations" to "five in one".
