| The hearing system is the product of modern democracy. As the core content of the administrative procedure,The hearing sysyem is a democratic system which is rich in value content,and it is also the further extension of constitutional principles. As a new system,The hearing system play an important role in the balance of intrests,safeguarding the interests of the administrative counterpart,improving administrative efficiency,building a socialist harmonious society and the development of the politicalThis article systematically expounded on the basis of existing theory on the hearing system,defined concepts and types of hearing system,study the achievements of our hearing procedures and explore both the lack and causes of the existing system of public hearings.And we also make specific recommendations, which is believed to the benefit of the development of China’s hearing system, to solve the problems in this paper. |
