Farmers Production Organization Form And Rural Politics

Since the Westernization Movement, China has gradually become an industrial country, and at the same time, the traditional agricultural civilization has gradually disintegrated. After reform and opening up, Western science and technology and substantial funds were substantially introduced into China, therefore the industrialization of China were progressed by leaps and bounds. According to the relationship between economic base and superstructure, Marx revealed the traditional pattern of rural society would be innovated in this context. Accordingly, it could be logically deduced that huge changes in the form of farm production organization would be bound to make political significant changes in the society. However, the theoretical inference would be very likely to face the reality of the embarrassment. Abstract theories did not reveal a specific interaction between the farmers forms of production organization changes and political changes in rural. The purpose of this paper was to reveal this specific interaction and contribute in this regard.The L Village would be taken as a research template in this paper. Taking the changes of the L village forms of production organization and political in rural as a model, we would explore the relationship between the country of contemporary rural forms of production organization change and rural politics. Since the reform and opening up, the country has gradually liberalized the control of the countryside, especially given the farmers the important right to free transfer agricultural land contract and management. The creative people in L village have had space to play free ever since. In just a few decades, they created a variety of forms of production organization, including the "professional market&farmers" mode, the early professional cooperatives&farmers "mode, as well as its mature "government&Huaiyao Park&professional cooperatives&farmers" forms of production organization. These important innovations gradually changed the pattern of the relationship between the government, village organizations and villagers under the planned economic system, and significantly changed the L village politics.In the process, the change of rural production organization form has changed the relationship of rural residents, made the rural political participation gradually entered the orbit of ruling. The villagers have had really interests through the political participation. Their more participation in the rural political power structure of reconstruction greatly contributed to the village social democratization. These organizations formed in the process of rural production organization innovation such as the typical rural professional economic cooperative, would put a lot of dispersed rural power together, so as to powerfully balance officials abuse of power. The emergence and extensive development of this phenomenon effectively promote the L village’s politics towards the direction of democracy and harmonious development. However, this organization is relatively loose. The more powerful organization form is needed to lead the rural politics to an ideal state, which is of clear division of labor and mutual restraint and high degree of democracy and legalization.
