Research On Social Security Level In Shandong Province

The level of social security is an important factor influencing the living standards of residents and reflecting the happiness of residents.The practice of social security proves that social security meets people's basic needs of life,reduces unnecessary social contradictions,and promotes the orderly development of society.At the same time,the development of social security plays an irreplaceable role in maintaining regional stability and achieving social equity.In order to ensure the quality of life of residents and solve various social contradictions such as aging population,unemployment and pension,it is particularly important to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the level of social security.Based on this,based on the data quantitative research,this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the social security level in Shandong Province.The evaluation results are obtained according to various evaluation indicators.It has strong scientific and objective nature and provides reference for improving the social security level in Shandong Province.Based on the concepts and theories related to the level of social security,this paper first analyzes the status quo of social security development in Shandong Province,and comprehensively compares the differences between the social security expenditure projects of Shandong Province and the national social security.For example,per capita social security expenditure,social security expenditure growth rate,etc.From the four aspects of social insurance,social welfare,social care and social relief,the status quo of social security development in Shandong Province is analyzed,including social insurance expenditure,income,accumulated balance and minimum living guarantee.Secondly,combining with the actual situation of Shandong Province,from the aspects of social security expenditure,social insurance,demographic dividend,social welfare and social relief,20 indicators such as pension insurance participation rate,unemployment insurance participation rate and work injury insurance participation rate are selected.The analysis method comprehensively evaluates the social security level of Shandong Province,and compares the evaluation results with other provinces and cities.The data were obtained by factor analysis,and the rankings of social security levels in Shandong Province were compared with F1 factor,F2 factor,F3 factor,F4 factor,F5 factor and comprehensive score.Understand the ranking of Shandong's social security level in all provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in the country,and analyze the inadequacies of the social security level in Shandong Province.And from the aspects of improving the level of economic development,optimizing the structure of fiscal expenditure,developing social welfare undertakings,expanding financing channels,cultivating multiple pension models,and improving social security supervision mechanisms,I hope that these suggestions can improve the level of social security in Shandong.
