But the rural social security system is the national welfare and mutual aid as the main body of farmer masses, which mainly relies on their land to ensure its living and development. Relatively speaking, the rural security level is significantly lower than the city. However, much farmland is requisitioned in the course of urbanization. The farmer lost their land which is an important means of production.They also lost the protection of future survival and development. The problems of protecting the interests belonging to the peasants whose lands have been appropriated, are increasingly enlarged, and have become a big social problem needed solving. Therefore, study on how to protect the landless peasants’ social security has very strong practical significance.This article based on the current situation of land-lost farmers in Hubei. Analysis the landless farmer living situation, social security legal construction and the basic mode to put forward the problem. From angle of economic to exploration of a legal framework of the rural social security system. And summaries and looks ahead the research. This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the analysis of present situation of social security of farmers on the requisitioned land. Mainly introduces the current situation of farmers on the requisitioned land and resettlement mode. On the basis of analysis of establishing social security system’s necessity.The second part is based on the empirical analysis of landless peasants social security. Then introduces the foreign social insurance legal system. finally the Conclusion is that to perfect social insurance system should pay attention to law and need to strengthen the government responsibility.The third part mainly introduces the economic law should assume the responsibility of land expropriated farmers’rights and interests protection.
