Firstly, establish a perfect social security system. Secondly, reform present system of land, give the farmers reasonable compensation and improve the standard of compensation. Thirdly, provide them with opportunities of work and training. Only to reform present system of land expropriation, can we establish a perfect social security system which will solve the problems thoroughly and keep the society stable and harmonious.
