Social Collective Events In The Transition Period Of Prevention Research

In1957, Mao Zedong proposed the issue about how to understand and handle the contradictions among the people correctly, which will constitute the theme of national political life in socialist construction in the article of "The Question about Correctly Processing the Contradictions among the People"At the stage, our country is still experiencing "labor pains period " during the social transformation.The development of economy makes stakeholders tend to be multiple gratification apparent,social problems emerge endless,old and new problems interweave, which brings the country society management severe challenges. As an American political scientist, Huntington said,"a society which is highly traditional and modern can be the stable an in order;which a society in rapidly change an social transformation of modernization(or transitional society) is often full of all sorts of society conflict an unrest".Therefore,stability is the necessary premise for the development of social order.In recent years,group incidents occur frequently,which has become the primary problem affecting social stability in many areas.Thus,it has become the most essential work to clear and definite the connotation and the causes of group events and set up the pre-prevent system in the society management.This paper grasps the new features of the group events.It analyses the contents of the group events from three aspects which is "mass","event" and "mass incidents", classifies multi-level types of riots from the subject angle and clears the causes of group incidents from the political, economic,social and legal aspects.On the basic of the deep analysis of group incidents in the connotation, causes and social impact, it explores how to establish and strengthen the preventive mechanism of mass incidents.
