On The Improvement Of The Relaxation Policy For The National Judicial Examination

The national judicial examination system, a new standard qualification for judicial profession required by law and a basic system to ensure the impartiality and justice of judicature, is an important content and a basic link of justice system. In the last ten years, it has been implemented, explored and improved. The reform of the relaxation policy for it has been most adjusted and it’s most controversial. This year is the last year for the relaxation policy for the National Judicial Examination. The Judiciary Department hasn’t officially announced yet if it’s going to be continued, be canceled or be adjusted. All social classes and many scholars pass different judgements on it.Firstly, this paper introduced the origin and the implementing effects of the relaxation policy. Then it analyes it’s concrete problems, positive and adverse effects, and describes the necessity of reforming and improving the relaxation policy. Finally, solutions to face and deal with these problems, suggestions to perfect and adjust the relaxation policy and comprehensive management for it are proposed.
