The title appraisal and performance management of a unit has a strong correlation. Therefore, the many performance management units, often through the establishment of a fair, equitable and transparent titles accreditation mechanism. Affected by many other factors, however, in practice they are often out of touch, brought the issue of the management. From the perspective of performance management to promote the arts and crafts class titles evaluation mechanism, it is particularly important.This thesis is based on the above-mentioned problem awareness, theoretical explanations and empirical analysis of Jiangxi Province, arts and crafts the class titles accreditation status quo. The study found that:the existing arts and crafts class titles evaluation mechanism is a lack of transparency, job titles and duties are closely connected, the lack of effective oversight mechanisms, which affect the management of the unit. These problems with managers on performance management philosophy and lack of awareness, lack of depth to implement the relevant Thus, the introduction to the theories and methods of performance technology to the arts and crafts class professional and technical personnel performance management, innovative arts and crafts classes and better from the perspective of performance management, professional and technical titles evaluation system. Trying to establish a sound truly reflects the competitive incentives and open, fair, just high-quality accreditation mechanism.
