The professional technical personnel of enterprises are main creator and master of enterprise's technology; its important human capital status in enterprise human resources is admitted extensively already. This thesis mainly research on performance appraisal system establish for professional technical personnel of enterprises. On the basis of analysis to current problems in the performance appraisal for professional technical personnel of enterprises, Thesis draw lessons from the relevant theories and principles of human resource management, set up the index system which can reflect the post characteristics of the professional and technical personnel and use the method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in system engineering theory set the index values of weights. For the soft and hard characteristic of index system, thesis combines the method of fuzzy integrated appraisal and quantitative sheet appraisal together to establish the comprehensive appraisal model, As a result, the transition from qualitative to quantitative come true. In the research of the performance feedbacks, thesis disassembles the result of the performance appraisal of the professional technical personnel of enterprises to major index, and builds proper coordinate to orientate personnel 's performance appraisal result on different positions of the of the coordinate, which intuitionally reflects the reason why professional technical personnel's performance forms and put forward the relevant thinking of management, Thus offered scientific reference information for the feedback of performance, finally, thesis does certain research and discussion in the choose of feedback mode of performance.
