On The Legal Prevention Of VFW New Type Of Network Drug-related Crimes

This thesis, in view of the status of frequent cases of new type of network drug-related crimes in the current judicial practice, attempts to make a thorough research on the legal prevention of VFW new type of network drug-related crimes.VFW new type of network drug-related crime is a newly emerging thing, but is also a realistic and pressing task. This thesis begins with the special case of "831" network drug taking and trafficking supervised by the Ministry of Public Security, and then it briefly introduces the new development of VFW technology. Based on the profound analysis of such a new type of crime which combined VFW technology with network drug-related crimes, it makes a thorough research on the relevant regulations in the field of network drug-related crimes theoretically, and then elaborates the foreign legislative experience and practice aiming at such problems as the law enforcement of VFW new type of network drug-related crimes and the acceptable legal provisions in the litigation process. This thesis is composed of three parts, which discuss the formation and characteristics of VFW new type of network drug-related crimes, the existing legal dilemma of its legal prevention, and the countermeasures of its legal prevention respectively. Combined with the reality and problems of such crimes occurred in the actual law enforcement and judicial practice, it also puts forward some perfect suggestions for the future work. Therefore, it has important theoretical significance and practical value to fill gaps in our country’s legal prevention of VFW new type of network drug-related crimes.
